Delivery

All sellers can chose their own delivery methods, couriers and fulfilment timeframe.

Every sellers has their own shipping policy which can be reviewed under each seller’s profile.

Because Jgid.Shop is a multivendor platform it may be that you will be ordering from more than one supplier/seller and that goods will arrive in separate deliveries.

The seller or the courier (depending on their policies) hold the sole responsibility for the goods and the insurance of those while in transit.

Jgid.Shop take no liability or responsibility for the condition or timely delivery of good ordered through our portal Jgid.Shop or myjgid.com/yoururl.

For fast delivery we recommend using gopeople.com.au and for cheap overnight delivery within Australia we recommend to use sendle.com.au

Each seller may or may not charge for handling and shipping at their sole discretion and are free to chose the courier service of their choice.

Jgid.Shop recommend that all sellers fulfil their orders as quickly as possible and within no less than 48 hours but understand that some products will require more time to source and dispatch.

Payment

We request information from the user on our order forms where a user must provide contact information (like name and email address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). Jgid Shop Pty Ltd only shares personal information with third parties who we use to perform functions on our behalf. For example, we use third parties to verify and process your credit card information in order for us to charge you for requested purchase. All third parties are contractually obligated to use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is given. We offer TWO secure options to complete your order. You can choose to checkout without leaving our website through stripe or you can checkout with PayPal and be redirected to our PayPal Checkout for your billing, shippping, and  credit card information.

Jgid.Shop does not obtain or receive your credit card information from stripe or PayPal for your safety and security. If you receive an email requesting this information, do not respond with your information. You only have to submit this information on PayPal's secure site at the time you complete an order through PayPal. This is the only time you will be asked to provide your credit card information.

This information is used for billing purposes and to process orders. If we have trouble when processing an order, this contact information is used to contact the user.

Our PayPal Checkout Page (look for our " JGID – Just Get It Done!" logo on the upper left side of the checkout page - just above your cart details) provides you the opportunity to submit  your personal billing information just ONCE on our PayPal secure site at the time you complete an order through our PayPal checkout. NO PayPal account or log in is necessary - simply use the "Pay with a debit ot credit card, or PayPal credit" option on our PayPal Checkout page.

The information we do receive from stripe or PayPal is your confirmation of order placed and your shipping information. which is solely and exclusively used to complete and ship your order, to contact you to resolve or advise of any concerns with the order, and to contact you via e-mail if we need to ensure that your order was handled properly. Only those people who need to see your information to fulfil your order have access to your name and address information, and DO NOT have access to your credit card information.  Jgid Shop Pty Ltd does not, under any circumstances, share, sell, or otherwise make available any information about yourself, your location, your purchase, your purchasing habits or purchasing history, your e-mail address, your credit card, or any other information collected during your business transaction with us to any third party, with the exclusion of information required to complete your order.

Both stripe and PayPal use the most current SSL encryption for all information you submit during checkout and all transactions are completed over a secured connection.  Only you and PayPal can access any information exchanged over that connection.  Jgid Shop Pty Ltd cares about your safety and security while shopping online, which is why we have chosen both stripe and Pay Pal for our payment gateways for the Jgid.Shop.
